the 'blind' should not go swimming.

it's been awhile since i last posted.
and when i've decided to post, i had to be ranting.
damn it.

my lifesaving test is next tues and i went training today.
so while i was doing backstroke, this old man had his hand sliding from my stomach to my leg.
it is so unusual for this to happen since he was swimming freestyle and was wearing goggles.
the least he could do is not bump into me and i don't have eyes at the back of my head.
moreover, what the hell is his hand doing sliding from my stomach to my leg.
so in reflex i tried to kick his hand away.
after my warm up i got out of the pool.

the weirdest part starts here.
i'm wearing black swimming trunks.
almost half the guys in the swimming pool wear black swimming trunks.
my eyesight is like 200++ degrees so i can't really see much.
apparently that old man has perfect eyesight.
how i know? i'll reveal it in awhile.
i swear he was on the other side of the pool when i encountered him, so after you mix in the crowd, as if you can recognise the people in the pool if you have eyesight problems.
however, that old man swam back after his lap and told me off for kicking him.
alot of thoughts went through my mind:
"so he isn't blind? then what the hell he wear goggles for when he bumps into people?"
"and he recognises me. which means he has perfect eyesight to be able to see my face clearly. all the more he should evade when he saw me swimming backstroke."

and after saying sorry (unwillingly) he told me he was angry and during one of the laps he purposely used his forward hand to poke me.
what a childish bastard.
that wasn't all, he kept going on and on about how i'm not supposed to do this and do that and by doing what i shouldn't have could get people angry.
i swear he repeated every sentence he said to me before at least 3 times.
i kept saying sorry up to the point that i was going to get mad and just felt like screaming and shouting at him to stfu.
lucky for him he walked off and i didn't have to waste my breath.
i can't believe assholes like them still exist.
i bet all he wanted was to tell someone off and i had to be the unlucky one to get picked.
he was so arrogant when he told me off.
like justice was supposed to stand on his side and everything he did was right.
*pffttt* *curse and swear*

just take it as an unlucky event.

it just doesn't feel like 'A' levels ended on monday.

oh man.
monday was my last paper and after that was chalet.
chalet was fun.
but i got loads of injuries from night cycling and b-ball.
shuckks.
my left leg got the most wounds.
if you ever go to pasir ris park, look out for the circular b-ball court.
i was going to cut in from the sides when i slipped on moss and fell, sliding on my left hip and leg.

still the night cycling was a nice experience.
never done it before.
so it was my first time.
the breeze was cool and i think my speed was too fast 'cause i was in front and i constantly had to stop or slow down for the rest to catch up.
the intention was to cycle to ECP.
we ended up cycling through pasir ris, into sun plaza and the entrance of bedok reservoir and turn back for the chalet.
it was about 14km in total.

bbq was fun.
but dion and i were desperately trying to start the fire but the starter always ends up getting doused.
end up we just bo chap and let the adults work their magic while we go get stuff to eat and drink.
so dumb sia.
we got the charcoal to smoke and there was fire already but it wouldn't get bigger no matter how you fan it...

all in all a great break.
but i still can't believe 'A' levels was over just this monday.

freedom is here... or not quite...

haven't updated for 2 weeks but here it is.
hahaha...
well, with most of the papers done and gone, we should all stop thinking about it.
econs was spam, don't know what i was writing, all spam.
chemistry was like damn crazy.
ytd i had only 17 mins left and i was still at question 25.
ended up when i had to read long preambles i just skip the bloody question and put a random answer.
physics was okay.
i wouldn't say it was easy or difficult because 'A' levels is so unpredictable.

now i have a super long break till monday's physics mcq paper.
which means i can commence my training programmes.
or rather, impromtu programmes.
didn't really plan anything.
just do what i feel like doing lor.
tmr i going serangoon to run with hils and johnny in the morning.
followed by swimming.
lols.
maybe i can start doing things i want to do.
like catching up to some animes, chinese music that i have ignored before, k-pop that i want to try and j-pop i still want to follow.
(and the list goes on...)
even want to try baking something new instead of brownies.
i'm thinking of cheesecakes now.
lols.

'A' levels...
wasn't really serious about it.
after the first week was over, i was playing online games already.
wtf...
and i'm still addicted.
don't ask me what game it is but i can assure you it is not maple.

i don't want to end this post so awkwardly but i've got no choice.
have something on right now and i have to be in serangoon by 6.
life is finally starting.

first week down.

woah.
okayy. quite a rough week we had.
at least i've clear the 2 papers that i've been working hard for.
(though gp was really unexpected. stupid compre passage...)
anyways.
really i made alot of careless mistakes in my papers as well.
but one should not dwell on the past.
(even though i said that i still think about it alot)

okayy..
let's look forward.
there is chem on tues, phys on thurs and econs on friday.
chem i'm more or less quite okayy.
just the inorganic chem that never gets into my head pisses me off.
phys i've not done much.
hope to accomplish alot this weekend instead of donating all that time to games on fb.
econs... omg.
haven't started studying and i've been failing econs all this time.
wonder if i will ever make a comeback for that subject.
the only time i got E was like the very first exam in SA when i was still j1.
that time only dd&ss.
now got so many other things to look at.
zzz...


nevertheless, jia yous everyone.
work hard and we can get what we want.
one more gruesome week for me and the 2 weeks after that only have 3 papers left le.

2 days to my first paper.

woah. okayy..
cobwebs are everywhere but i bet everyone is too busy to even check what's going on in other people's lives.
especially when you can't even make sense of what's going on in yours.
hmm..
well, i put in quite a bit of effort for gp and maths.
let's hope it pays off.
i'm half done with chem's content but inorganic never gets into my brain.
physics and econs... sighh...
i can't even imagine what would life be in the next 4 weeks.
f.y.i. physics mcq is like 6 days after the 2nd last paper.

i've got to organise my thoughts well before my exam.
the first 2 weeks is gonna be hectic.
especially the 1st week.
i don't have any paper on monday but tuesday onwards is gonna be a tough one.
no more comrades fighting along with you with all the loud cheers and commands.
no more standing in the side lines waiting for something to happen.
the only thing that will be happening is the exam paper right in your face and the solitary hall where everyone is so near yet so far.
all the noises we will actually be hearing is going to be paper flipping noises, pen clicking and correction tape sounds.

however, i do hope to wish everyone good luck and all the best.
especially my canoeing mates and 1s02.
some of you may have started your papers already.
really envy those arts student who end like 20th?
but at least i got time to make sure i get good grades for physics.
fight on everyone!
everyone is scared cause nobody wants to look back and regret, wishing that they studied harder.

almost the end of prelims

so here we are one month after the start of it.
woah.
guess i really didn't put my heart into studying for prelims.
hmms.
let's just sit and wait and hope for a miracle to happen.
'cause even my strongest subject, maths is gone case.
like what the hell...
okay...
conclusion, either i screwed prelims up or it screwed me.
though i didn't study much, but i'm already planning post prelims activities with 1s02.
man, how i miss those guys.
